acupuncture today

I had my first acupuncture appointment today, and I have another scheduled for next Friday. I'll submit these to my insurance company and see what they cover.

Nothing really to report - I think it's a process rather than a one-time thing.

I wish insurance covered massage - I'd do that every week in a heartbeat.

    What points does the acupuncturist hit? I've read that the legs and arms should be targeted but I personally like the neck and shoulders done.

    I've only been twice. So far he has hit points from head to foot.
