Well, well. I got a check today from ebookdrop. No letter of explanation for why it took so long, no apology, no mention of my BBB complaint. Just a check and a promotional postcard encouraging one to use their service! Poor all around, but at least I got my measly six bucks.

    I wonder how many companies figure people won't pursue small amounts of money and use that to their advantage (the cynic in me). If they do this to 1000 people and only 100 follow through, well then, they've just made themselves a lot of money, haven't they? Kudos to you for seeing it through. I've got a BBB complaint in now over $25, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I hope I get as good a resolution as you did.
