Grocery shopping/Price Book

For the things we buy, I think Trader Joe's gives us more for our money. I went to Vons today, spent about $90 and don't feel like I got nearly as much for my money as I would have at TJ's. I know milk and cheese are cheaper at Trader Joe's. I ought to save a couple of receipts and do some comparisons. I've read about keeping a price book at various sites, and in The Tightwad Gazette, but so far I've never done that. Funny - I usually love to analyze stuff like that.
