I washed the car today. It was filthy! Now and then DH or I will run it through the automatic car wash at the gas station, but today I just felt like doing it myself. So now it's done and cost pennies to do.
Tried one of the three new recipes two nights ago, and DD and I ate the leftovers last night while DH worked late. It was OK - the recipe sounded better than the final product, but it was still good. Good enough, anyway. I think I'll try another one this evening.
My prescription saga seems to finally worked out, unless it doesn't come today via FedEx. After all of my phone calls and complaining, I finally got a supervisor involved who called my doctor's office personally. That got results. I don't know where the breakdown in communication was, but it seems to be figured out now. Persistence is the key, sometimes.
