I got out two cookbooks that I haven't used much and found three new recipes to try. So that will be at least three meals at home this week, plus at least one night of leftovers, most likely. I did all the shopping yesterday, aside from getting self-rising flour. I figure there has to be a substitution for that using regular flour and baking powder, or something.
The concert last night was fun, and we had a great dinner of crackers and cheese, fruit and veggies, pitas and hummus, and juice mixed with Pellegrino (sp?). It was all appetizer food but we had plenty of it and it was quite satisfying. Plus, eating outdoors with good friends is satisfying all by itself.
